This unique accommodation is close to all the sites and amenities, located between Biarritz and Hossegor, it is 2 steps from the tram bus terminus and 5 minutes from the beaches on the Landes coast. It offers you a beautiful view of the forest in a quiet area. It includes 2 bedrooms, a living room, an equipped kitchen, a beautiful small shower room and a large terrace. It is all wood like the traditional cabins of Cap Ferret, comfortable, elegant, very easy to access and very well insulated.

In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. These two-person accommodations also have an equipped kitchen area, as well as a private terrace that is not overlooked. You have access to a heated pool in the summer.

2 bedroom new house of 40m2 under pine trees with a private garden. 800m from the beach and close to cycle paths through the forest that bring you north to Capbreton or south to Ondres. Access by a shared path. 2 bedrooms that can each be left with king size beds or split into 4 singles. Functional Living room/kitchen with all amenities and and a gas griddle for outside cooking. Eat dinner outside on the Patio and then take the aperitif on the sofa under the trees.

Casaloft- Loft with its private Jacuzzi

The loft is located in a quiet area at the back of our garden. Separated by an opaque wooden fence. Not overlooked . Close to shops, (3 min) and 15 min from the beach (Hossegor/Seignosse) by car. You will have the choice of having an outdoor SPA/JACUZZI available until 01:00. Our animal friends are accepted according to their size. Peaceful haven with a bakery, greengrocer and caterer within a 3-minute walk, as well as the possibility to pick up your local products at the farm on Saturday mornings, 2 minutes away by bike. It's just one room, it's small, cozy, comfortable and functional, everything is there! Murphy bed, bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Reversible air conditioning. Rolling shutters on all windows. In the fridge and cupboards you will find breakfast and basic products

At the end of a cul-de-sac, quiet, house with an annex of 17 m2 that can accommodate a couple and a baby. Comfortable bed. Swimming pool, terrace with deckchairs and small terrace for dining. Basic kitchen with dishes. Coffee maker with capsules, tea and sugar to help out the first morning. Bakery and convenience store 100 m away, open every day. Bikes loaned! 120 m from the port and close to bike paths.
