Studio in artist atelier 10km from the atlantic

Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. We have good tips!

Close to the city center, 500 m from the lake, beaches (free bus to beaches in summer) and 200 m from the bike paths. (possibility to rent 2 bikes, with helmets and locks at the price of €8/day/person, discounted prices, contact me). Close to the lake (300 meters) and the beach (1200 meters), our 50 m2 3-bedroom salt villa is ideally located. The forest is directly accessible when leaving the residence. 10 minutes from the center of Bayonne and Biarritz, Jean and Isabelle will be happy to welcome you to the Millet house, an old house that they have restored. Located between Maharin Park and the pine forest of Chiberta, the Anglet beaches will be 5 min drive or 20/25 min walk away and accessible by bike through the forest. The duplex accommodation with a private garden of 30 m² is an outbuilding attached to the guest house. Easy street parking.
