Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt in Mitten der Allgäuer Alpen. Wir bieten den idealen Startpunkt für einen Besuch des Schloss Neuschwansteins. Naturliebhaber und Freizeitsportler kommen voll auf ihre Kosten. Die Seilbahn zum Buchenberg ist nur 150 Meter entfernt. Gaststätten und ein Supermarkt sind fußläufig innerhalb von 5 Min. zu erreichen. Seen sind bequem mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Hochwertiger Gasgrill inklusive Gas stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung.

Cozy apartment for families, on newly renovated approx. 85 sqm, with two bedrooms (+ sofa bed). Two garage parking spaces, and an outdoor parking space available. In the southernmost city of Germany in the district of Sonthofen-Rieden, overlooking the Grünten and the Hörnerkette. Centrally located for numerous summer and winter activities, around Kempten, Isny, Sontofen, Oberjoch, Tannheimer Tal, Fischen, Kleinwalsertal, Oberstdorf and many more.

Panoramic suite with balcony

Enjoy a few nice days in our panoramic suite with balcony on the first floor directly on the shore of Lake Forggen with unique views of the lake, the Allgäu mountains and the royal castles. The bedroom is a separate room. In the living area there is also a sofa bed which can be pulled out and thus offers space for 2 more guests (only for an extra charge). Playground and playroom available in the hotel. Animals are not allowed.

You only need 1.5 km to get to the center of Warth and the skiing area. The apartments are cofortabel and modern. You will have a nice view to the mountains of the alps. With the skibus you can drive easy and fast to the skiing area.
