The holiday home is approx. 140 m² and is ideal for 2 to 8 people. Entire holiday home exclusively - fantastic, sunny location at 1000 m above sea level on the edge of the forest with A LOT OF PANORAMA, basement with eat-in kitchen, double room with shower/toilet and is open to the upper floor with living area with wood-burning stove, panoramic window and a bedroom with 2 double beds and bathroom/toilet with the possibility for 2 extra beds. Seating on the terrace and garden.

The 150 sqm chalet goes over 2 levels. A spacious dining area with a new Kitchen incl. Dishwasher, oven & microwave. On the ground floor is the living room, as well as another room with king size bed (180x200) & TV connection and terrace access. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with balcony access, in one of the two bedrooms there are single beds. Another bathroom with shower and bathtub is also on the upper floor.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Unsere Selbstversorgerhütte-Ferienhaus liegt in kompletter Südlage und befindet sich am Rand einer Almsiedlung im Bregenzerwald bei Bezau. Mit der Seibahn Bezau schweben Sie auf 1210 m hinauf und erreichen das Hochplateau auf dem Sonderdach. Nach einem Fußmarsch von etwa 5 Minuten erreichen Sie unser Luxus-Chalet. Vor Ihnen Berge, Wald und absolute Ruhe.
