Ein architektonisch klares, lichtdurchflutetes Apartment inmitten von Wiesen, Wald und Bergen, modern, stilvoll und bewusst reduziert. Hier wohnt ihr mitten in der Natur, mit maximaler Privatsphäre und Bergpanorama. Im Garten befindet sich eine Holzsauna mit weitem Blick über das Hirschgehege und die umliegenden Berge. Das Apartment liegt auf einem kleinen Biohof, den ich nach Permakultur-Prinzipien führe. Auf den Wiesen leben Hirsche, es gibt Hühner, Bienen, Katzen und einen Fischteich.

Ihr könnt Flussbaden im kristallklaren, erfrischenden Wasser der nur 400m entfernten Erlauf, wandern oder sonstige Abenteuer starten. Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

Es stehen eine Küche mit E-Herd und Elektrobackofen, eine Stube mit Kachelofen, 1 Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne sowie 1 WC im Untergeschoß, 1 Doppelzimmer mit Bad (Dusche und WC), ein 5-7-Bett-Zimmer und ein Spiel-/Leseraum (Durchgangszimmer) im Obergeschoß sowie WLAN zur Verfügung. Bewusst wird auf einen Fernseher verzichtet, um den Erholungsfaktor zu erhöhen. Zudem wird auf natürliche Bauweise und naturbehandelte Möbel großen Wert gelegt.

A well-equipped, somewhat outdated kitchen awaits you. Bathroom and toilet are separated. Two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a cozy living room are available. In the garden there are cozy places where you can enjoy the sunset and the magnificent views.
