The apartment has been lovingly designed with souvenirs from our seven-year world trip. Many of the details have a story that we are happy to pass on to interested parties on request. Lovely two bedroom apartment in Grein

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base

Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

Umgeben von 2 ha Wiese, 1 ha Wald, ein Ort für Rückzug, für Familienurlaub, für "Einfach Sein in Hollenstein". Baden, Tennis, Radfahren (Ybbstag Radweg direkt vor der Tür), Wandern, Schifahren, Langlauf, Schneeschuhwandern und direkt beim Haus rodeln wenn es der Schnee erlaubt! 3 km vom Ortszentrum Hollenstein entfernt, sehr gute Infrastruktur.

Experience a unique stay in a stylishly furnished tiny house: here you will find space to breathe, recharge and BE. You can expect a king-size bed with a view of the countryside, a rain shower with a view of the forest, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace for relaxing. Surrounded by a lot of nature & greenery. Listen to the birdsong, pick fresh herbs or feed the chickens and pigs of our small farm. Here you can leave everyday life behind.

Haus Ybbstalblick

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Your parking space is right in front of the house. You will stay on the first floor of the 2-family house. A well-equipped, somewhat outdated kitchen awaits you. Bathroom and toilet are separated. Two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a cozy living room are available. In the garden there are cozy places where you can enjoy the sunset and the magnificent views.

“Temporary apartment”: living in the city center. This perfectly designed apartment (34m²) offers all the comfort you need. The modern eat-in kitchen forms the centerpiece. The cozy sleeping area is also located here, cleverly concealed behind a stylish room divider. The bathroom, including WC, can be reached directly via the entrance hall. Special highlight: a spacious communal terrace enhances your life in the middle of the city.

Vacation home on the Ybbs

Cozy cottage on the Ybbs for 3 people – ideal for nature lovers! The charming cottage in a cul-de-sac offers a sauna and jacuzzi for relaxation. The river access is a short distance away and is slightly impassable, but ideally suited for stand-up paddling and swimming. A small, fully fenced garden also makes the house ideal for guests with a dog. Arrival is possible both by public transport and in only 1 h 15 min by car from Vienna

Mini Apartment in Amstetten im Souterrain

Kleine, aber feine Unterkunft (20m2) für bis zu drei Personen. Das Appartement befindet sich im Souterrain eines zweigeschossigen Hauses. Es wurde alles 2022 renoviert. Bahnhof, City, Supermarkt, Apotheke und Spielplatz sind zu Fuß erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich wunderschöne Rad- und Spazierwege an der Ybbs.
