Our house is centrally located and ideal for those seeking relaxation and nature lovers. The apartment is located at the end of the private road belonging to the house. The apartment has been lovingly designed with souvenirs from our seven-year world trip. Many of the details have a story that we are happy to pass on to interested parties on request. Lovely two bedroom apartment in Grein

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base

Public pool, hiking trails, cycling routes, and other activities nearby. The sunny apartment, renovated in 2025, offers 72 m² of comfort for 2–4 guests and is fully equipped. A fifth bed can be added if needed. Washing machine in the basement is available for shared use. Not available for contractor groups.

Waidhofen captivates with a charming old town and beautiful surroundings in the foothills of the Alps, perfect for hiking, biking (Ybbstal bike path) and unwinding. Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

Baden, Tennis, Radfahren (Ybbstag Radweg direkt vor der Tür), Wandern, Schifahren, Langlauf, Schneeschuhwandern und direkt beim Haus rodeln wenn es der Schnee erlaubt! 3 km vom Ortszentrum Hollenstein entfernt, sehr gute Infrastruktur.

Idyllic holiday hut in Neustadtl an der Donau facing the Ötscher. Here you can relax well but also do a lot. Landfront vacation next to a farm. Perfect for families as well as for friends or couples who want to enjoy nature. Hiking trails in the immediate vicinity, but also ideal for short walks. By car, the following destinations are easily accessible: Wachau, Ötschergräben, Danube, Lunz am See, Grein, Ysperklamm, Salzkammergut, ...

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Your parking space is right in front of the house. You will stay on the first floor of the 2-family house. A well-equipped, somewhat outdated kitchen awaits you. Bathroom and toilet are separated. Two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a cozy living room are available. In the garden there are cozy places where you can enjoy the sunset and the magnificent views.

“Temporary apartment”: living in the city center. This perfectly designed apartment (34m²) offers all the comfort you need. The modern eat-in kitchen forms the centerpiece. The cozy sleeping area is also located here, cleverly concealed behind a stylish room divider. The bathroom, including WC, can be reached directly via the entrance hall. Special highlight: a spacious communal terrace enhances your life in the middle of the city.

Conveniently located 2-room wonder

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. Close to the train stop yet quiet. A full-fledged remote workspace in the middle of a fantastic area. A bedroom/ work room/chillout room incl. Shower and sink await. The 2nd (in)room invites you to linger. Sleeping option: 2 adults or 2 adults plus 1 child (from the 3rd EW there is an extra charge). An espresso machine dispels grief in the morning. Bikes can be locked in.

Vacation home on the Ybbs

Cozy cottage on the Ybbs for 3 people – ideal for nature lovers! The charming cottage in a cul-de-sac offers a sauna and jacuzzi for relaxation. The river access is a short distance away and is slightly impassable, but ideally suited for stand-up paddling and swimming. A small, fully fenced garden also makes the house ideal for guests with a dog. Arrival is possible both by public transport and in only 1 h 15 min by car from Vienna
