Apartment with spectacular ocean views in Cala Molí. Every space in the house has an ocean view. Terrace equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs. It has a sofa bed in the living room. Community pool (community of only 8 apartments). You can enjoy beautiful sunrise views. It is a very cool apartment, even in summer. It has fans in the bedroom and in the dining room. It also has air conditioning, and has an additional cost of €10/day (optional).

Cosy 3 bedroom apartment in Menorca

Our apartment has 2 double bedrooms, 1 with en-suite facilities, and a third bedroom with bunk beds. It benefits from a large balcony area, complete with BBQ and table and chairs overlooking the golf course and only 2 minutes drive to the beach. Both bathrooms have been refurbished in June 2024. The kitchen will be refurbished in February 2026 so there will be a brand new kitchen for the Easter and Summer season 2026.
