You will have a spacious kitchen with dining area, a cozy lounge with dining area and access to a balcony, 2 double bedrooms, a twin bedroom. A bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and storage as well as a separate toilet will also be at your disposal. Outside, you will have access to an unenclosed lot under development with lawn for your relaxing moments on the loungers, a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue and a garage in the basement to store your car, bikes, strollers... For a quiet stay, heating and electricity as well as end-of-stay cleaning will be included in the stay and the beds will be made upon your arrival except cleaning for professional stays (30€ every 2 weeks).

Nice little house in Champagne Fiber internet

In a small quiet village, in the heart of Champagne and its vineyards, come and take a break in this country house that can accommodate 4 people: fiber - 1 bed for 2 people - 1 sofa bed for 2 people - baby bed possible. Free for children up to 16 years old but do not register them otherwise the extra charge will be charged but let me know when booking so I can prepare for their arrival. Dogs are accepted but not cats due to major damage unfortunately.

The Cottage is located on the edge of the canal in Soulanges, in the enclosed garden (1,000m²) and in the quiet of my house (former lock keeper's house). Direct access to the 30m² single-storey cottage (independent entrance). For a business trip, a vacation or a weekend you will stay in a warm atmosphere. Pets are welcome! Note the possible presence of my dog June (4-year-old border collie) and my cat April, always in my presence.
