You will stay in a listed old building from the 19th century. century, distinguished by the elegant facade of the Neurenaissance as well as the high ceilings with stucco. The 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom will be completely refurbished in 2024 and equipped to a high specification.

The apartment is idyllically surrounded by vineyards in the immediate vicinity of the Main river bank (with landscaped swimming coves) directly on the Main Valley cycle path. Your accommodation is the ideal starting point for the various routes of the European Cultural Hiking Trail throughout the Main Triangle. It is 15 km to Würzburg and about 3 km to Ochsenfurt. There is a direct train connection in about 500 m. The well-known wine region with the towns of Sommerhausen, Randersacker, Eibelstadt …. offers countless excursion possibilities...

Welcome to Apartment am Südhang! Our cozy apartment is perfect for families or small groups (1–6 guests). It offers three bedrooms, each with two single beds, blackout blinds, and a TV. The small kitchen is well equipped, and the bathroom features an almost walk-in shower. A dining table invites you to relax, and free Wi-Fi is available. Explore the charming town of Ochsenfurt by the Main River with its medieval flair. Note: the apartment is accessed via stairs. We look forward to hosting you!

Feel good in the vineyards in the 120 sqm vacation home

This listed and modernized vacation home awaits you in the heart of Sommerhausen. It offers space on approx. 120 square meters for a vacation for two or the whole family. The central location in the middle of the village offers the advantage of short distances (Main, vineyard, cafes, restaurants, shopping, public transport). On some weekends, due to the location on the old market square, our guests are right in the middle of our great wine festivals (for dates see pictures).

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Vacation home Weinkeller 84

Welcome to Weinkeller 84, a wine cellar in Randersacker that has been converted into a holiday apartment. Here, old stone walls and restored furniture meet modern furnishings, which gives the apartment a great charm and coziness. The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Despite the basement, every room has daylight. The living-dining room has a big seating window that invites you to linger. A small garden with a terrace is available to guests.

Our cozy apartment in Uffenheim, in the heart of the Franconian wine region, offers the perfect starting point for nature walks and cultural excursions. A well-kept feel-good atmosphere awaits you on 65 square meters. Enjoy the tranquility and explore nearby attractions such as Rothenburg ob der Tauber and Würzburg. Relax in the Franconian thermal baths or the Franconian open-air museum of Bad Windsheim. Local restaurants and shops are within easy reach.

Theilheim, Deutschland

We warmly welcome you to the wine village of Theilheim. You can't get any closer to nature. The nearby Baroque city of Würzburg can be reached via a scenic bike path (about 10 km). The approximately 32 m² one-room apartment was newly renovated in 2024 (max. for 2 people). Extensive amenities include an oven, dishwasher, 43-inch QLED TV, digital radio, hairdryer and much more. Linens and towels are provided during your stay. Bread service is optional.

Stay in the idyllic Mönchshof

In the middle of the old town, in a quiet street, our apartment is located on the ground floor with its own entrance. If bicycles are brought, they can be pushed through the large gate, which can be opened from the inside, into the courtyard. Please do not carry the bicycles through the apartment. Parking is only possible outside the city walls (about 2 minutes' walk). For loading and unloading, however, you can drive in front of the apartment.

Beautiful apartment from the 16th century

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

Staying at Sommerhausen Castle

Experience an exceptional stay at the historic Schloss Sommerhausen, where cultural landmarks, fine dining, and renowned wines await you within walking distance. You will be accommodated in a spacious two-room apartment (approx. 70 m²) in the castle’s side wing, offering timeless charm and a private staircase. Upon request, the apartment can host up to two additional guests or children (sofa bed). Pets are welcome by arrangement.

Ferienhaus 70m² Frieda House

This lovingly furnished half-timbered house extends over the ground floor, upper floor and attic and offers space for up to 4 people on about 70 m². In the attic there is a cozy bedroom with a double bed. The upstairs living/sleeping room has a comfortable sofa bed and invites you to linger. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchenette with adjoining dining area and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
