Wyvern Apartment is a newly converted studio apartment which is close to beautiful countryside and many great attractions. We have designed the apartment with our guests' comfort in mind and it has been ideally equipped for both business and pleasure guests. There is free parking, a flat screen smart TV, free unlimited WI-FI along with lots of other little touches to help make your stay as welcoming and convenient as possible. The apartment boasts a well equipped kitchen and walk-in shower room.

Self Contained Kingsize Guest Suite

Come and relax in our beautiful kingsize bedroom with own bathroom in a self contained Annex to our Somerset home near the Shapwick Moor Nature Reserve. Enjoy a delicious breakfast of warm croissants, muesli, yoghurt, fresh fruit, Orange Juice & toast (at a time if your choice between 8 - 1030 am), along with a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave. Catcott has 2 friendly local pubs (although King William is currently shut) who do great food within walking distance.

Secluded Cabin on a Farm near Woods and Footpaths

Our Cabin is set in a secluded spot with lovely views overlooking farmland, horse paddocks and the surrounding countryside. There are many footpaths in the area. A 10 minute walk will take you into ancient Postlebury Woods or to our small aesthetic lake. Imagine coming back from a long relaxing walk or maybe from shopping and exploring the Roman city of Bath to a warming meal in the cabin followed by marshmallows over the firepit. If you'd like to bring your horse with you we can arrange it!

Somerset Threshing Barn w/ Pool, Hot Tub & Sauna

Discover the Threshing Barn, an ideal spot for family or group gatherings. Enjoy the spacious double-height kitchen and the cozy lounge with woodburner. Unwind in the covered hot tub and sauna, take a dip in the heated pool (open May to Sept) or play table tennis, pool, and table football. Explore nearby footpaths leading to three excellent pubs. We can help organise catering, pampering, and a wide range of activities, from archery and shooting to cider tasting, both on-site and off-site.

Farm View - tranquil retreat near hills & coast

Farm View is located in Sampford Brett - a quintessential English village between Exmoor National Park, the Quantock Hills & Somerset's coast. It provides bright spacious accommodation and is fitted to a high standard with comfy beds, fitted carpets, modern bathroom & country pine furniture. Central heating keeps the property snug and warm even in the depths of winter. Outside there are spacious grounds with a swimming pool (May-Sept), trampoline and climbing frame. 7kW Type 2 EV charger.

Spacious and comfortable self-contained accommodation with expansive south facing views of the quiet Devon countryside. Consisting of the converted first floor of a historic farm building, The Granary is conveniently located close to Exmoor, Dartmoor and north and south coast beaches. Welcome to The Brewhouse, a stunning, light, clean and freshly renovated 19th Century barn, once used as a brewhouse and now converted especially for luxury stays in the Somerset town of Frome. The Brewhouse offers you the best of both worlds: a five minute stroll one way takes you to the buzzing heart of Frome with its independent shops, bars and restaurants. Or use a private gate to take you straight into the countryside for a walk by the river (watch out for the otters!)

Round The Bend, an annexe in a quiet village.

Round The Bend which is maintained to a high level sits within the heart of the very quiet village Odcombe. A 2 min walk takes you to our traditional thatched village pub with beer garden, which serves great food and fine ale. Brympton House which hosts many weddings and events is just over a mile away making us the perfect location. Also neighbouring Odcombe is the lovely village of Montacute which boasts the beautiful National Trust owned Montacute House.
