On approx. 73 square meters there are 2 bedrooms, bathroom, guest toilet, and combined kitchen/living room. Outside in the garden with terrace is a playground, fireplace, charcoal grill, beach chair, table tennis table, bicycles, 2 kayaks (for a fee) entrance point about 700 m on foot.

Attractions in the area: • Bremerhaven Havenwelten: 17 km • Silbersee with swimming beach: bike 7.5 km, car 9 km • Wremen or Dorum Neufeld with beach and Wadden Sea: 36 km or 43 km • Cuxhaven Sahlenburg or Duhnen with sandy beach: 55 km each • Bremen city center: 60 km

Angeboten wird ein stilvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit separatem Eingang und maximaler Privatsphäre. Weiterhin kann die Sauna gegen Aufpreis (15€ p.P und Tag )genutzt werden. Die Bezahlung erfolgt vor Ort. Haustiere sind bei uns gerne gesehen. Für die Endreinigung fallen 25€ an. Die Lage ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Der Harz und Städte wie Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Blankenburg etc. sind in 30-45 Autominuten erreichbar.

On the property you will find cozy places, some overlooking the lake, a grill, a fireplace and a gazebo. Die sehr schöne,neu renovierte und hochwertig ausgestattete 107qm grosse EG Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage von Vlotho / Uffeln auf der Sonnenseite des Buhn. Bei dem Gebäude handelt es sich um einen komplett sanierten Resthof in ruhiger Lage und doch nur 1,5 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Unser Haus liegt sehr nah am Weserradweg. Die Wohnung eignet sich für Urlauber, Monteure oder Geschäftsreisende.

Vacation apartment on the farm

Our apartment is located on the upper floor of our farmhouse from 1935 and consists of 2 bedrooms with three beds (2x single bed, 1x king size), a living room with sofa bed, a dining room, kitchen and daylight bathroom with bathtub. Since it is an apartment in the countryside, there are of course also some flies and mosquitoes. A bottle of mosquito spray is therefore not a bad companion.
