Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. I am renting out my apartment in a quiet yet central location in a two-family house in the beautiful Nacker Bachtal. The living space is spread across an open-plan kitchen-living area, a shower bathroom, and a gallery. On the mezzanine, there is a bed with two sleeping places (a cozy width of 2,0 m). The standing height in the center of the gallery under the gable is 1.90 m. We have two 11 kW wall boxes, and electric cars can currently be charged for €0.50 per kWh.
