From the master bedroom you can access a private rooftop deck overlooking the swimming pool with private sofas , table and sun beds. 24 Hours Reception, high speed fiber wifi available throughout the whole apartment, Bluetooth sound systems in all rooms , Gym, Spa, Swimming pool, private undercover carpark. Linens and bath towels provided. When you book, you book the entire penthouse. A few days prior to your arrival, you will receive access details via this site. The property is located in a very safe area, in the tourist heart of Playa del Carmen, about 150m/400ft from Mamitas Beach and the 5th Avenue. For your convenience, the building have elevators. Cleaning service at check out is included, for stays longer than 7 nights an extra cleaning service is provided free of charge. Extra cleaning service available on request, fee may apply. All utilities are included without limits except electricity which has an included allowance of 50 Kw/h per day which is usually more than enough .
