It is located in the heart of the Val Venosta valley, between Oetztal and Ortler Alps, above the road that leads from times about Glurns to Prato allo Stelvio, in the Stelvio National Park, with the possibility of skiing in winter and in summer. Of course you can also participate in a variety of other recreational activities. You can go swimming, hiking, climbing, kite surfing, fishing, paragliding, mountain climbing, cycling, exercise a variety of winter sports, or enjoy the best time in your own apartment. Klais is located at about 940 meters above sea level. In 2015 and 2022, the G7 / Summit, including Barak Obama, took place here. A place to spend the summer as well as the winter. Hiking, mountain biking, motorcycle tours, as well as cross-country skiing in winter and of course classic skiing is possible in and around Klais. Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Mittenwald and Seefeld can be reached in 10 to 20 minutes. All bus and train rides are free of charge with the guest card.
