The wooden house is located in a quiet residential area not far from Aachen. The forest, with the local recreation area Wurmtal, begins one street further. The guest house is only 10 minutes by car from the Soers (CHIO). Aachen city center can also be easily reached by bus. During Christmas season there is one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Germany and in summer great open-air concerts just above the border (Netherlands). Breakfast is available on request for an additional charge.

In addition, 1 sleeping loft (140 × 200) and 1 very comfortable sofa bed (130 × 200) as well as a large sofa bed (150 × 200) and the double bed (160 × 200) in the garden room. In addition, a modern kitchen, a chic bathroom with windows and a furnished terrace. Private items are kept to a minimum. 5 min walk to Eurogress or Tivoli, 15 min to town hall/cathedral.

In etwa 11 km Entfernung befinden sich der Aachener Hauptbahnhof/Rathaus/Markt/Dom/RWTH Aachen/Casino Eurogress. Zum Campus Melaten und zum Uniklinikum RWTH Aachen sind es ca 8km. Das Aachener Reitstadion CHIO ist auch nicht weit entfernt . Kohlscheid hat eine eigene, kleine Bahnstation , sie ist fussläufig erreichbar.

In addition to old ship's parquet, a stucco ceiling adorns the large, bright living room with sofa bed and dining table. The apartment has its own terrace and a large parking lot is also right outside the door. It takes 10 minutes by car to get to Aachen city centre. ( Belgium 20 min., Holland 10 min.) Es liegt im Centrum von Aachen, ca. 5–7 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Aachener Dom, Carolus Thermen, Stadt Park, Weihnachtsmarkt. Zum Chio sind es ca. 2 km mit dem Auto oder 20–30 Minuten Fußweg durch schönen Stadtpark. Ab 01.01.2026 erhebt die Stadt Aachen 2,50 € pro Person und Übernachtung. Die Abgabe ist bei Ankunft zu zahlen.

A supermarket, bakery, butcher and gas station can be reached quickly. The Wurmtal for access to nature is only a 5-minute walk away.
