The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Herzlich Willkommen in unserer 2020 renovierten Ferienwohnung im schönen Chiemgau. Unsere FeWo bietet Platz für 4-5 Personen. Sie beinhaltet ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit Stockbett und die Möglichkeit eines Zustellbettes. Des weiteren verfügt die FeWo über eine gemütliche Küche, ein Bad mit Dusche sowie 4 Sitzgelegenheiten im Außenbereich. Die FeWo befindet sich im EG im Haus der Vermieter mit eigenem Zugang und eigenem Parkplatz. See in 1km Entfernung.

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The beautiful view from the living area and terrace over the fields Achenkirch, directly to the Rofan Mountain range and the Seekarspitze, facilitates leaving behind everyday stress and invites you to enjoy and relax. Lake Achen, the largest lake in Tyrol, is 2 km away. The ski resort is within walking distance. The golf course is 1 km away.

Small cosy gallery apartment in Chiemgau

We rent here a fully furnished and very cozy gallery apartment in a quiet location. In the lower area is the living and dining area as well as access to the bathroom with shower. A wooden staircase leads to the sleeping area with a double bed on the upper floor (glazed gallery). The kitchenette contains everything you need to cook. In the garage under the apartment is the washing machine as well as space for bikes, skis... E-bikes can be charged.

Tiny house Simsee

Die drei ganz neuenTiny-Häuser liegen in einer kleinen ruhigen Ortschaft nahe dem Simsee. In der Umgebung lassen sich viele Ausflüge zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad zu den umliegenden Seen machen, zwischen typisch bayrischer Landschaft. Jedes Haus hat ein Schlafzimmer für zwei Personen, es gibt ein Schlafsofa für eine 4er-Belegung. Im Gemeinschaftsgarten gibt es einen Grillplatz. Vom Bahnhof Bad Endorf sind es ca 50 Min nach München bzw. Salzburg.
