Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. Big sea house on the southernmost point of Sweden

Gamla Tullmästarvillan i Smygehamn. Ett stort hus på 170 kvm med fantastisk panoramautsikt över Smygehuk och småbåtshamnen. Från ovanvåningens sällskapsrum blickar du ut över havet som från en kommandobrygga. Tre sovrum, varav ett med wc, rymligt vardagsrum, välutrustat kök, insynsskyddad uteplats med grill och trädgård. 50 meter till havet. Smygehuk bjuder på liv och rörelse sommartid med fiskrökeri, restaurang, caféer, hantverksbodar, glasskiosk och turistbyrå. Sandstrand med bad ca 1 km bort.

Så långt söderut du kan komma i Sverige! Facilititer - Bastu, badtunna, boulebana Huset ligger ca 100m från stranden och ca 500 m till badbrygga. Smygehamn är Sveriges sydligaste plats & här finns affär, restaurang & glasskiosker. Närhet till fler pärlor och badstränder längst kusten. OBS! Husdjur är tillåtna utifrån samråd med oss.

Norra Åby - Nyrenoverat boende med lantligt läge

Detta nyrenoverade (juli 2025) hus från 1940 ligger på landet, med närhet till mindre samhälle med livsmedelbutiker, apotek, pizzerior mm. Fantastisk natur med sockerbetor, vete, korn, raps och andra grödor runt knuten. Lummig avskild trädgård för grillning och avkoppling. Två sovrum på ovanvåningen och badrum och stora sällskapsrum på nedervåningen. Endast 12-14 minuter till Smygehuk, TT-Line och Trelleborg, ca. 40 minuter till Ystad, Lund, Malmö och Kastrup. Cozy street house in the center of Ystad

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Huset mitt i Bokskogen, Torup utan grannar men närheten till allt. Närheten till golf i världsklass, 5 minuter till Bokskogens GK, 10 minuter till PGA National. 25 minuter till Malmö city och 8 minuter till alla faciliteter i Svedala där du även tar tåget till Köpenhamn eller Malmö. Från lugnet i skogen till stränderna i Höllviken och Falsterbo på 25 minuter. Njut av lugnet i skogen men där allt finns inom en arms räckhåll.

Bra frukost är möjligt och beställs vid ankomst.

Enjoy the peaceful view of the fields and horses. Take a walk to the ocean and enjoy the beautiful and tranquil surroundings of Östra Torp. The small house has a fully fitted kitchen, dining space in an open space solution. Sleeping quarters with a double bed on the loft and two beds (one as possible pull out double bed) on ground floor. A private outdoor space for BBQ and sunset hangout.

Charmigt brygghus på Österlen

Bo centralt på Österlen strax utanför byn Skåne-Tranås på en mindre gård med utsikt över fält och hagar. Huset är omsorgsfullt renoverat med fokus på charm och personlighet. Närheten till flera underbara stränder, golfklubbar, naturreservat, mat- och fikaställen samt till Österlens olika sevärdheter gör det enkelt att ta sig runt med bil eller buss. Wi-Fi med mobilt bredband.

Liten trädgårdsstuga 23m2,centralt

Den lilla stugan i min trädgård är enbart tillgänglig för korttidsuthyrning, max 45 dagar. Den rymmer på 23m2: sovrum, vardagsrum med pentrykök och wc+dusch. Stugan är inte stor men ren och trivsam. I sovrummet finns säng 120 cm och i vardagsrummet en 90 cm-soffa/ säng. Stugan lämpar sig bäst för en person men det går även att bo två gäster i den.
