The large terrace is perfect for both relaxation and meals with sun from lunch to sunset. The cottage is surrounded by a garden with playhouse and small sandbox. Close to a grocery store, an inn, and Sweden's southernmost headland, Smygehuk, with cafes, shops, and art exhibitions. The nice local swimming area has a jetty, nice sandy beaches only a few kilometers away.

With the south coast stretching in both directions, you can easily get to Malmö/Copenhagen or to Ystad and Österlen's many hidden gems by car or bus. The house is located about 300 meters from the sea. Take a visit there and enjoy the sea breeze!
