It is suitable for a year-round stay as it has an indoor pool, a sauna, and a whirlpool.

Mountain Cottage Borovnica is located in Lič, only 30 minutes drive from the Adriatic Sea and 50 km from Rijeka. The house offers 2 cozy double bedrooms with shared bathroom and a folding sofa for 2 people in the living room, fully equipped kitchen with crockery and a bathroom with bathtub. The house is equipped with air conditioning, central heating and wood-burning stove as well as hot tub and infrared cabin. Pets are welcome for an extra charge of 5.00€ per night, payable upon arrival. We have equipped Villa Rozi to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home.

In the walking distance there is a market, post office, caffe bar and restaurant. The house is situated in a very peaceful and quiet area, suitable for completely relaxed holidays. The property enables its guests to enjoy watching stars in the evening, eating breakfast with a sea view in the morning, and/or buying fresh vegetables and herbs from our organic garden.
