Lovely bright two bedroom apartment of 59 m2. Apartment on the 5th floor in a quiet and maritime environment on an island overlooking the port of Copenhagen and the Enghave Canal. Modern apartment from 2018, west-facing with afternoon and evening sun and beautiful sunsets. Small balcony. You can swim in the canal and the harbor. Perfect apartment for a couple. Located outside the city center - it is 3 km to the city center/Rådhuspladsen/Tivoli. Easy to rent bicycles - e.g. Donkey Republic. 400 meters to the "Enghave Brygge" Metro station. There are construction activities in the area.

Luxury apartment surrounded by water. This unique home has its very own style. Super modern construction with rooftop terrace and private boat space. The apartment has 3 floors distributed with kitchen, living room, toilet and entrance hall on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms and bath on the 2nd floor and a fantastic rooftop terrace on the 3rd floor overlooking houseboats and green surroundings. Our two-room apartment is located on Islands Brygge in a building from 2005. It is located by Bryggebroen, within walking distance of Rådhuspladsen and the inner city. Only 300 meters to the harbor bus. Beach and harbor swimming within a kilometer. Approximately 500 meters to the Fish Market, which offers good shopping. 3 hours parking at the property from 8 a.m. - 7 p.m. with free parking on weekends. Parking garage with paid parking within 200 meters. Large bedroom with double bed. Furnished balcony with water view.

Here you can go for walks, run, cycle and even go kayaking. Here there are boats in the water, birds in the air, and new buildings, squares and farms that are springing up. And above all, Sluseholmen is close to everything. In 10 minutes you are at Rådhuspladsen - and just on the other side of the water is the scenic Amager Fælled.

This beautiful newly renovated home is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Sluseholmen's many restaurants, cafés, shopping and atmospheric harbour baths, make you almost not want to leave the island. However, the centre is only 5 minutes away by metro, which is 200 metres from the apartment. The harbour bus, which is also a few hundred metres away, takes you around Copenhagen, cheaply and easily. There is free private parking and the airport is only 15 minutes from here.

Nyd det simple liv i fredfyldt og centralt beliggende oase. Midt i det københavnske latiner kvarter, ligger denne gemte perle i et baghus med tilhørende lille privat have. Boligen er totalt nyistandsat, alt inventar er nyt. En stue med vinduer mod den brostens belagte gård, med grønne træer, privat cykel parkering (til 2 cykler) og privat soveværelse med udgang til haven. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sleeping couch, and a modern kitchen with washer and dryer. The bathroom is renovated and new. The apartment is 80 m2 and in the lower part of the house, totally separated and quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your privacy.
