Stay on a magical 150m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° water views, private swimming ladder and 200 meters to the metro. Skansehage is a 32-meter-long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front decks and aft decks with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living space with kitchen, dining and sleeping area. On the lower deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

Do you want to experience Copenhagen from a quiet base on the water and still be very close to the city? In our home, there are panoramic views of the water in all rooms, and you get your private terrace with direct access to the water. There is also a rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the sun and the lovely views from the 4th floor. The rooms are spread over 3 floors, so there is the possibility of privacy. The harbor bus sails right past, so you can easily get around Copenhagen in a fun and beautiful way.

Cottage close to beach and city

Relax in this cozy cottage, just 300 meters from a fantastic beach. The house has a fenced garden with terraces to the south, east and west. There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. One of these streets is called Værnedamsvej or "mini-Paris" due to its french vibe, and it has been named 'one of the coolest streets in the world' multiple times. This lovely street, the central station and the beautiful lakes are only 5 minutes away on foot. As easy as it gets :)
