Here you have everything you need for a shorter stay. The apartment is centrally located in Limhamn, close to Malmö Arena (about 4 km) and to Malmö city (about 5 km). There is a double bed, a sofa, a small dining room table, kitchenette with fridge, stove with two burners, oven and microwave. In the bathroom, there is a toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. In the apartment, there is also a fireplace. However, it is not allowed to burn in it, but some atmospheric candles can be lit. Free Internet and large TV selection.

Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

Newly built guest house near F-bo Horse Show, swimming and golf

Enjoy a newly built guesthouse of 47 sqm where everything is new and fresh. Close to swimming, golf and 800 meters to Falsterbo Horse Show. Parking with charging area is included. During Falsterbo Horse Show week, 4-12 July, the guest house is rented only to one and the same tenant. The guesthouse is dimensioned for 4 people, with a double bed and two single beds upstairs, however, there is also a comfortable sofa downstairs to sleep in, which makes me accept 5 guests.

There are lovely walking paths along the sea or in the nearby parks at Alnarp Agricultural University. The proximity to Lund, Malmö and Copenhagen means that there is always access to world-class culture and shopping. The house is from 1913 but renovated in 2016 with retained charm. The place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).
