(From November 1, 2025, we only take four guests) Kick back and relax in this calm and stylish space. Enjoy nature outside. The house is located in the middle of a forest plot. Work out in the small but luxurious gym then relax in the bathtub or in the sauna. Get power. Kotten is a unique architect-designed residence for those who want to get away from stress and big city. Children must be over 9 years old. Here there is no must-see, only serenity. The house was built entirely of wood and was dressed with a cedar.

Famous golf course is nearby. 30 minutes by car to both Malmö, Lund and Helsingborg. 10 minutes by car to Landskrona.

Nice house with garden

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Kitchen, bathroom, living room and two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. The bedrooms are upstairs and have no doors, but they are open rooms. The house is located on our property, about 10 meters from our home but has its own balcony and garden. The house is within walking distance of Åstorp city center, from Åstorp city center you can get to Helsingborg by train in 20 minutes.
