Cozy location with proximity to the local park and small forest on the corner. 10 minutes by bike to the beach. Two bus lines with 2 min walking distance to the city center and station. A walk to the city center or beach takes 30 minutes, so close to everything. For breakfast, you are offered Coffee/Tea, bread, butter, cheese, ham, sausage, juice, yogurt and eggs. Fresh buns are served in the morning, if you want something else, please say so at the time of booking. There is a refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, egg cooker. Brewed coffee is also offered.

Welcome to Prästgårdens B&B! Here you will stay in the Prästgården's charming gallery, which was once a parish home. The building has now been converted into a spacious accommodation of about 100 sqm plus loft with fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom with laundry facilities. The open floor plan on the ground floor with high ceilings includes a large and open living room with sofa group and dining area with plenty of space for the big family. Upstairs, overlooking the living room, there is a double bed as well as a single bed.

You are also welcome to enjoy my garden and patio, and in the kitchen fridge downstairs, there is a space for guests to store food. The accommodation is located in a cozy and quiet row house neighborhood in Svedala. Only about a 10-30 minute drive from Malmö, Sturup Airport (MMX), Lund, Trelleborg and Ystad. With me, there is also the possibility for guests in the same group to book two separate rooms.

Here you enjoy a good book on the porch, nice walk in the woods, along the sea,bicycle to a winery, Only positive energies. 5 min down to bath Tennis, golf, mountain climbing, kayaking , biking, etc. Wonderful walks in the nature reserve.

We offer a large, bright and fresh room with its own shower and toilet. It is located in a separate part of our house with its own entrance. There is a kitchenette (microwave and fridge, no cooker) for breakfast and simple meals. Furnished for three people with a double bed and a single bed, including bed linen and towels. There is free parking, and there is a small patio. Easy to get to the city centre and Hyllie. It's a 15-minute walk to the sea. The accommodation is in a quiet area.
