Living room and dining room is a large room, so there's plenty of room to be together. On the 1st floor we have 1 bed, 2 mattresses/a playroom and a workplace with views of the city. The apartment is quiet and you don't hear much of the neighbors.

This is a very unique place to stay on one of the most quiet roads in Aarhus near the beach and forest. The house is only a 10-minute bike ride from Aarhus city center and yet you don't feel like you are in the city. Start the day with a dip or head down to the local bakery. The suburb of Risskov has a nice shopping, cafe and restaurant environment where you can find everything your heart desires. The holiday home is located in the beautiful and popular "Øer Maritime Ferieby" 4 km from Ebeltoft, so there is not far to experiences in the old, charming town with its small fine shops and eateries. The home appears brand new and 2021 was the first year it was used for rental. The apartment is arranged over 2 floors, and with terrace areas on both sides of the home, there are good opportunities to enjoy the sun and outdoor life.
