Close to nature, the beach and Skamlingsbanken. With only a 10-minute drive to Kolding city center. Easy to and from the highway, about 10 km. Opportunity to experience Kolding and the beautiful nature with walks and hikes around Skamlingsbanken. A trip to Hejlsminde is also recommended. Good bike paths right outside the door, which go all the way to Kolding.

There are good hiking and biking trails in the area, and the calm water in the bay is ideal for water sports and swimming. At the nearby campsite, which is open in the summer, there is a bouncy castle and playground and, for a fee, mini golf, tennis, outdoor water park and shopping. Her kan du nyde fred og ro i et lille hyggeligt sommerhus nær skov og strand. Der er gode muligheder for at bade ved stranden eller gå tur i den nærliggende skov. Du kan desuden gå til det naturskønne og historiske Skamlingsbanken for at nyde udsigten eller besøge det lille fine oplevelsescenter, som beskriver de historiske begivenheder i området. Huset er funktionelt og hyggeligt med en centralt placeret brændeovn indenfor og en dejlig privat have udenfor. Fra stuen er der udsigt over havet.

Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

The flat is located on a hill, in a green historical area, with a direct view to the sea and with only 100 meter to a beach, and where grocery shopping also is possible.
