L-shaped house in a wonderful town on the outskirts of Österlen. Peaceful place with open fields as a neighbor. The house is open up to the ridge. In summer, there is a swimming pool and in winter, there are two stoves, a wood-fired sauna and a wood-fired hot tub. Barbecue area, parking, large green area and close to the forest and countryside. Open space on the bottom floor with living room and kitchen. Toilet, bathroom and 5 bedrooms on the bottom floor. 3 open mezzanine floors with flying stairs to 3 bedrooms. These mezzanine rooms are open without doors or railings.

Wonderful accommodation in the middle of Skåne

Ta med hela familjen till detta fantastiska ställe med massor av plats. Vackra skogar med rikt djur och fågelliv. Bara 3 km till badplats. Nära till många av de skånska slotten. 10 km till närmsta tätort. Även havet är nära: 35 min till Ystad, 45 min till Malmö. Sjöbo Golfklubb (18 hål) är bara 12 minuter borta. Vi har även Rönås Byakrog som serverar dansk fläskstek med rödkål varje fredag 7 min härifrån. I byn finns ett charmigt gårdsskafferi där du kan köpa lammskinn, marmelader och chutney.

Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, ca 6 km till Ystad dit du lätt kör med bil eller cyklar längs havet. Busshållplats och tågstation med goda kommunikationer.

This cosy house has handmade brick, wooden floors and plastered walls. It is partly renovated with recycled materials + guesthouse. From the house you have a beautiful view over the fields. Sjöbo is 1 km away. 1.5 km from the house there is a camping with pool and a hiking area. Söder om Sjöbo hittar du detta mysiga hus med två kakelugnar! Även gästhus. Utsikt över fälten ända till Rommelåsen. Lummig trädgård. Sjöbo ligger 1 km bort. 1,5 km från huset finns camping med pool och vandring.

Cozy cottage on a small horse farm

Private location where you can be left alone, in an undisturbed location on a small horse farm in the countryside, with only nature and grazing horses, as a view. No view inside the cabin. The cottage has salt and pepper. Toilet paper for the first night 4 beds, 2 of them in the sleeping loft. 2 horses, a cat and two rabbits are available. 2 km to grocery store in the village. Lovely nature, and café in the forest (weekends). Some of Skåne's best spas nearby. 15 minutes by car to Sjöbo.

Accommodation for 2 people. Preferably rented on weekly basis. Can possibly be rented for a shorter period.
