Welcome to our home, a villa located in the stunning Lake District, where our family has been spending happy vacations since 1968! It’s a much-loved and well-lived-in home, equipped with all the amenities for a pleasant vacation with family or friends. Malpensa International Airport is a 25-minute drive away, and in less than an hour you can reach Milan, the beautiful Lake Como, Lake Maggiore, Lake Garda, and Lake Orta. We hope that this house will become the setting for wonderful memories.

Well connected to the historic center of Varese: bus stop at 200mt. We have two dogs and a wolf: if you are afraid, please note that they run free around so it's impossible not to meet them.

On the hills, among woods, meadows, cultivated fields and fruit trees, inside the Ticino Park, stands the Cascina Ronco dei Lari, which origins date back to 1700, renovated in 2022. You can appreciate the calm of the place, immerse yourself in nature, practice sports and enjoy moments of rural life just a stone's throw from Lake Maggiore and 40 minutes from Milan. It will be possible to benefit from the Cascina products such as berries, jams, juices, saffron, honey and vegetables.

Light-filled 6-room apartment on 120 square meters fully air-conditioned inside the "Borgo La Motta" residence. Immersed in the sixteenth-century park of Villa La Motta and the adjacent Golf dei Laghi, it enjoys an ideal climate all year round thanks to its dominant position on the hill. It is enriched by a private equipped garden and a swimming pool for the exclusive use of the residence. The beaches of Lake Monate are easily reachable with a short 3-minute walk.

A wonderful house with a great bar in "paddle range" or also in 5 min walk. You can also have food delivered a la carte from the bar to your own garden. We like to be here ourselves, but unfortunately we are not allowed to spend the whole summer here. (Boats for a small fee.
