The apartment has a kitchen, with fridge, hob and oven. There are also two 1.40 x 2.00 m beds. You can either end the evening comfortably on the small terrace at the entrance or with a film in the home cinema with a projector, screen and 5.1 system.

In the living room, there is a sofa bed 140 cm x 200 cm, where two additional guests can sleep.
