Eine kurze Fahrt mit Auto/Bus zur UNESCO Kurstadt Baden-Baden mit historischen Gebäuden, Parks, Gärten, Skulpturen, Kunst, Museen und natürlichen Thermalquellen.

Der nächste Supermarkt ist nur etwa 50 Meter entfernt, eine direkte Busverbindung befindet sich ebenfalls in der Nähe. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor dem Gebäude, auf Anfrage steht auch ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist modern, sehr warm und komfortabel ausgestattet. Auf Anfrage 2 Einzelbetten möglich für insgesamt 4 Personen.

Unsere 55 m² große, 2022 sanierte Ferienwohnung, befindet sich in Sichtweite des Schwarzwaldes. Der kostenlose Parkplatz liegt direkt am Haus. Nach wenigen Gehminuten befinden Sie sich in den Weinbergen. Eine moderne, für 4 Personen voll ausgestatte Küche, ein neues Badezimmer, ein Großes Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett für eine entspannte Auszeit. Im Dachgeschoss ein separates Zimmer um sich bei Bedarf zurückzuziehen. Die Ferienwohnung wurde bisher auch gerne von Familien mit Kindern gebucht.

Old Workshop - Loft in the Black Forest

Our beautiful, super sunny loft 70 square meter loft is located in a former "alte Werkstatt" in the middle of the village. We renovated the apartment and the house with great attention to detail, placing great emphasis on ecological and sustainable building materials and a modern, environmentally friendly heating system - as a hobby beekeeper, it goes without saying for us. The old workshop staircase leads to a large, bright living, dining and cooking area.
