Inside the gypsy wagon, the sanitary facilities are luxurious, as are the facilities in the yurt. It is a place to unwind, to stand out from the busy life and to enjoy being together.

It's all possible from this lovely centrally located place. The beach 8 km (10 min.), Schagen (West Frisian market) 5 km (10 min.), Alkmaar (cheese market) 16 km (20 min.), Callantsoog (20 min.), Bergen (22 min.) Schoorl (25 min.), Amsterdam 58 km (50 min.). This double farmhouse dates from the 17th century. A beautiful holiday home of more than 100m2 has recently been built in the front house behind the barn doors. All facilities are located on the ground floor. Such as a spacious sitting area with views of the West-Frisian Circular Dyke, a cooking island and a spacious bathroom with a free-standing bath and separate shower. There is a garden with a terrace. The sea is within cycling distance, where the quietest beaches of the Netherlands are located.

Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you can look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast of your choice is optional.

Holiday home Froietoid is very fully equipped and has perfect beds with free bedding (also made up for free). We make the beds for you free of charge. We do not rent to groups of young people. Swimming pool is open from May to mid-September.
