Schöne und ruhige 2,5 Zimmerwohnung mit Küche, Wohnzimmer und seperatem, ruhigen Schlafzimmer am Ortsrad in Richtung Schweizer Grenze. Trotz der ruhigen Lage ist man schnell zu Fuss am Bahnhof oder beim Supermarkt. Die Einrichtung ist, bis auf die Küche, neuwertig und bietet alles was man braucht. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz, der bei der Buchung inklusive ist. Wir werden versuchen Dir ein Stück Heimat auf Deiner Reise zu schaffen, damit Du Dich wohlfühlst und gerne wiederkommst.

Gemütliche Dachterassen-Wohnung in der Singener Innenstadt. Die Lage bietet viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Blick auf den Hohentwiel und seinen Weinberg. Die Neubauwohnung verfügt über eine moderne Ausstattung, die erst 2022 fertiggestellt wurde. Mithilfe von SmartHome lassen sich viele Features z. B. Beleuchtung & Multimedia per Sprachbefehl steuern. Bis zum See vergehen ca. 12min mit dem Auto. Auch der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in 5min erreichbar, mit einer direkten Zugverbindung an den Bodensee.

A cozy apartment, comfortably furnished living room, dining room and bedroom with an integrated modern kitchen. A small bathroom with a shower and toilet and was completely renovated in 2021/22 and the kitchen was newly installed with a coffee maker. Parking is also available. No pets. Zurich Airport and Zurich City can be reached in 45 minutes. To make your stay more comfortable, I offer a reliable shuttle service to Zurich Airport, Zurich City and Bülach train station for a fee. So you can arrive and depart stress-free.
