Close to nature and relaxing – right next to the Eifel National Park. The tiny house is located above Lake Roer. Hiking trails are right in front of the house. Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

This lovely holiday flat (highlighted blue, about 40m²), is the ideal location, to explore parts of the Eifel National Park with Lake Rursee. Moreover, the historic Mustard Mill in Monschau, the high rope course in Hürtgenwald, the famous Aachen Cathedral and the international CHIO Equestrian Festival are within a 20 min car ride. In the vicinity of the holiday flat you can find very good shopping facilities and restaurants. In summer you are welcome to use parts of our pristine garden.

Vacation in beautiful Monschau-Rohren

Very quietly located apartment in a small but fine place. There is a small grocery store 250 meters away. 50 meters away is an MTB bike rental. Bicycles are of course available with and without support. The entrance to the Eifelsteig and Ruruferradweg are very close. Likewise, in the center of the village is a large playground built in 2019. In the village, there is a new very good restaurant. "Matthias im Gasthaus" It's worth a visit.

Sunny & comfortable One-Room-Apartment in Aachen

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

Your private vacation rental is located behind charming half-timbered front on ground floor. The apartment in the center of Simmerath was completely renovated and lovingly newly furnished in 2017. With 63 sqm it can accommodate 2 - 4 people in two bedrooms. On request, two more people can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room. A parking space for car and motorcycle is available on the farm.

The apartment has an area of approx. 120 sqm and is furnished to a high standard. Last renovation 2018. The apartment can accommodate 2-4 guests. Upon request, children's bed and highchair can be made available. The terrace on the back is part of the apartment. There is a covered seating area as well as a ping pong table. A charcoal grill is available. Children can also play in the garden.

We offer a renovated apartment in a central location with large kitchen-living room, dining area, tub bath and separate bedroom in Stolberg Büsbach, just 10 km from the center of Aachen. Private parking, about 70 meters away, and Wi-Fi can be used free of charge. We have created the possibility for an independent check-in, but always welcome our guests ourselves if it is possible for us.
