This peaceful and independent home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Inside, a large living room with equipped kitchen and living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with balneotherapy bathtub and 2 showers. Outside, a large shared swimming pool (accessible from May 1st to September 30th). On the front of the house, 1 beautiful terrace with pergola and garden furniture overlooking a garden equipped with children's games. Secure parking inside the property.

Our family lives just above. You can have breakfast with homemade jams on the terrace or in the living room adjoining the bedroom. We are close to the faculty, the lake, the Opera, the pedestrian centre and the cathedral. Many shops, restaurants within walking distance.

The location of our accommodation is ideal, between town and countryside, 7 minutes by car from Metz Technopole. Finally, if you are looking for calm and tranquility you will be delighted. Swimming pool open from 15 May to the end of August.

In our family home, a 20/25-minute walk from the historic center. The little Cherub has a separate entrance, you just have to put your bags down and tell us what time you want your breakfast (service included in the price)!
