The apartment is located on the outskirts of Bludenz and has a spacious storage room for sports equipment as well as a private laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and the possibility to hang up clothing. The ski resorts of Chäserrugg and Wildhaus can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

The cozy 1-room apartment is about 25 square meters, has a living-bedroom and a bathroom with shower/toilet. It was newly renovated in 2022. There is no separate kitchen, so there is no cooking facility, but refrigerator, coffee maker, crockery and kettle. They reach our corn seeds in the summer by car. In winter, arrivals and departures are organized by us with the Skidoo.
