"Das Bergheim" is one of the typical holiday homes in the Vorauf holiday park with approx. 83 square meters of living space and a plot area of approx. 500 square meters. Characteristic of the quietly located vacation resort are these cozy single-roof houses in wooden frame construction. In 2022, it was lovingly renovated and designed in a contemporary way with a stylish color scheme in the French Scandinavian style. A modern, appealing interior now meets the typically cozy architecture of the house in the middle of the Chiemgau Alps.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Enjoy your time away from home in one of the cozy Nurdach houses of the Vorauf holiday park. The holiday park is situated in a quiet location in the Alpine foothills of the Chiemgau. The house (type Oslo) has 83 m² and stands on a plot of about 750 m². The house is my own home, which I have lovingly renovated in recent years and rent out during my work trips. Around the holiday park there are many excursion options for the whole family.

Welcome to the residence! This house offers 6 comfortable bedrooms and 4 modern bathrooms – ideal for families, groups or business travelers. The fully equipped kitchen and cozy living area provide a relaxing atmosphere. You can relax in the sauna after an active day. Lake Chiemsee invites you to swim, sail and cycle. Hiking trails and ski resorts offer adventures in all seasons. Gut Ising attracts with golf, tennis and horseback riding.

The modern and newly renovated 85 m² residential unit in the Leopoldskron district offers a unique combination of absolute tranquility in the countryside with mountain views and proximity to the center. The old town is a 20-minute walk, while public transportation takes only 10 minutes. Public transport tickets are provided free of charge for each guest. The local recreation area "Leopoldskroner Weiher" is within walking distance.

With a lot of love for detail, renovated in 2024, in the heart of the Chiemgau. The apartment is located in the Vorauf vacation park (83313 Siegsdorf) and can accommodate 2 people. The apartment has a nice and well-equipped kitchenette, a comfortable sitting and dining area and a large, 1.80 m wide bed, a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi and a spacious balcony, with beautiful outdoor furniture. This unique place has a style all its own. Our guest house is in the heart of the Chiemgau. You can reach Salzburg or Lake Chiemsee in about 20 minutes. The area offers countless hiking opportunities, bike tours, lakes and museum visits. We care about the personal care of our guests. A charging station for an electric car and a sauna can be used for a fee. Let us surprise you - we look forward to it!

Tiny House Bergen Schwesterchen Welcome to our tiny house, which we built ourselves with a lot of love. We hope you feel just as comfortable as we do. Under the big roof is a second tiny house, "Brüderchen," which can also be booked via Airbnb. Both Tinys have their own terrace, but share a roof and a shared space in the middle with a washer and dryer as well as the large garden.
