NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

The Bergheim. Ferienpark Vorauf

"Das Bergheim" is one of the typical holiday homes in the Vorauf holiday park with approx. 83 square meters of living space and a plot area of approx. 500 square meters. Characteristic of the quietly located vacation resort are these cozy single-roof houses in wooden frame construction. In 2022, it was lovingly renovated and designed in a contemporary way with a stylish color scheme in the French Scandinavian style. A modern, appealing interior now meets the typically cozy architecture of the house in the middle of the Chiemgau Alps.

Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Auf ca. 68 qm findest Du alles für eine kleine Auszeit oder einen ausgedehnten Wander- oder Fahrrad Urlaub. Beginne Deinen Tag mit einem Frühstück auf dem voll möblierten Balkon, oder lasse ihn auf dem Liegestuhl im Gemeinschaftsgarten ausklingen. Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

Small apartment with bedroom and living room as well as modern bathroom. The house was completed in October 2018 according to the latest standards. With free and fast Wi-Fi (200Mbit/s), underfloor heating, digital HD TV and modern kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. An e-charging station with ecological solar power for your e-vehicle can be used for a fee. Please note that there is an additional tourist tax of €1.10 (adult) and €0.55 (children from 6 years) per night.

Centrally located in Siegsdorf, you will find our quietly located vacation home with a large natural garden in a sunny location. Your newly renovated vacation home sleeps 5 adults and 2 children. A covered carport and parking spaces right by the house are available free of charge. Wi-Fi is also free of charge. A south-facing balcony with a bench and folding table invites you to relax. Outside there is a protected dining area and a terrace with seating and awning.

Time out in Chiemgau

Enjoy your time in one of the cozy only roof houses of the holiday park Vorauf. The holiday park is located in a quiet location in the Alpine foothills of Chiemgau. The house (type Oslo) has 83 square meters and stands on a property area of about 750 square meters. The house is my own home, which I have lovingly renovated in the last few years and rent out during my work trips. Around the holiday park there are many excursions for the whole family.

Die Gegend bietet unzählige Wandermöglichkeiten, Fahradtouren, Seen und Museumsbesuche. Die persönliche Betreuung unserer Gäste ist uns sehr wichtig. With a lot of love for detail, renovated in 2024, in the heart of the Chiemgau. The apartment is located in the Vorauf vacation park (83313 Siegsdorf) and can accommodate 2 people. The apartment has a nice and well-equipped kitchenette, a comfortable sitting and dining area and a large, 1.80 m wide bed, a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi and a spacious balcony, with beautiful outdoor furniture.
