The spacious loft for two to three adults or two adults and two children has a double bed (1.60 x 2 m) and a sofa bed (1.45 x 2 m). A private bathroom, which is currently separated by a curtain, and a well-equipped kitchen are available. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can be reached via its own entrance. We offer a beautiful small house -approx. 100sqm with its own entrance and a wonderful view of a green garden. Our house is 200m from the center of Neustadt Donau and about 5km from Abensberg. From Neustadt you can take the train to the historic city of Regensburg in 40 minutes. Shops can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Our house has a great and well-equipped kitchen and is ideal for couples, business travelers and families (with children).
