We offer an apartment for 2 people, which is located on the outskirts between Augsburg and Friedberg. A sofa bed is also available in the living room. The small town of Friedberg is romantically situated on a hill and is always worth a visit. The train station (Augsburg-Hochzoll) can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, from where you can quickly reach Augsburg, Munich or the Allgäu. Culturally, there is plenty to explore. Located in the university district of Augsburg, you can live spaciously in the 100 sqm 3.5 room apartment. In addition to the two bedrooms, the living room invites you to relax, and a floor higher there is a workplace available. In the bathroom downstairs, which has recently been newly renovated, there is a toilet and a washer-dryer combo. In the upstairs bathroom, there is a shower/bathtub. The area is very quiet and there is a playground at your doorstep.

Located in the popular Bismarck neighborhood my beautiful old building is surrounded by fragrant linden trees. During the day, the street is busy, there are small shops, a florist, a bakery and the possibility to enjoy a coffee in the sun. You can park your car on the street, but parking spaces are limited and chargeable. You are welcome to book a underground car parking space for 10 euros per day, it’s just a few meters away from the apartment.
