Roy's Run Farm Stay.

The comfortable one bedroom cottage is located on our 450 acre working cattle property. We are close to the seaside towns of Shellharbour and Kiama. You can enjoy the beaches and then come home and just sit and gaze at the views of the farm. We have many animals for you to get close to if you desire and an abundance of bird life on the property. The cottage has a comfortable veranda for you to relax and watch the horses and cattle graze. A country experience just 2 hrs drive from Sydney.

The Quarters is cottage style accommodation in a fantastic tranquil location. Wonderful views There are two garden areas, a bar be que and a covered patio area for outdoor entertaining. Foxground is close to the beach and all the local wineries .All areas of The Quarters are fitted with reverse cycle air conditioning .This let is a working farm with many animals. Welcome to your lovely four bedroom, three bathroom home "By The River". Your home is located directly on the Shoalhaven River and a 300 metre walk along the sand to Seven Mile Beach. From the living room and terrace you have beautiful views of the river, beach and the Pacific Ocean. There is a rumpus room, lounge room, built in robes, balcony, and fire place so you can really relax. Great pub & Bowling Club in walking distance and great Wineries close by.

The Little House

The Little House is a freestanding 1940’s wooden tiny house in our back garden. It has a private exterior bathroom located at the back of the main house. Our property was featured on the ABC program Escape From The City and is a uniquely cute piece of North Nowra history. The Little House has a private verandah and kitchenette. A complimentary light breakfast is included for short stays. There is also a fire pit.

We are located in a quiet country lane just minutes from the cafes and shops of beautiful Berry. We are a working farm with guests very welcome to wander around the gardens and pastures interacting with cows, new born calves and horses. We may even be able to give you a lift to town in our vintage horse drawn buggy. This is truly a getaway to remember.
