Whether its a relaxing day at the beach or an adventure offshore fishing this property is smack dab in the middle of everything Holden Beach has to offer. The estate is located on 9 wooded acres that boast some of the areas last undeveloped maritime forest.

Charming waterfront private entrance 1 bedroom apartment. Just a block and a half from the beach, and right on the water! Feel free to use the tiki bar and deck and hot tub. Use of bikes, kayaks and soft top surfboards available upon request. We live upstairs and may be able to provide a free surf lesson when we are free The home is 1.5 blocks away from the ocean. Pets are welcome with owner permission and a $25/pet fee
