Entire simple non-smoking F2 in rustic house in Féternes in Haute-Savoie. Random TV and internet, very bad connection. Kitchen/living room 12 m2. Hallway bunk bed. Bedroom 15 m2, bed 140. Narrow shower, not suitable for large people, toilet, sink, washing machine. Private terrace. Pets excluded. Free parking. By car: 6 minutes from the U hypermarket, ski slopes 20 minutes (Bernex) or 40 minutes from the "Portes de Soleil", beaches 10 minutes, Geneva 1 hour and 1 hour 40 minutes from Chamonix.

Rated 2 stars in furnished tourism, I offer my little 26 m2 paradise facing Mont Blanc, warm and equipped for 1 to 4 people located on the 1st floor of a chalet with balcony that will offer you a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc. 5 minutes from the ski slopes in winter (free shuttle in the residence) and heated pool in summer right in front of the chalet (open from July 1 to September 1). Village/Shops 8 km away, thermal baths and SNCF train station in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains 11 km away.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish 3* furnished apartment located in Menthon Saint Bernard. It is bright and is located on the top floor of our house with a separate entrance. The apartment will enchant you with its privacy and comfort. Not overlooked, the house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. Not suitable for children. In summer and winter, you can enjoy many outdoor activities. There's plenty to do in the way of culture. Not accessible for people with limited mobility.

Beautiful flat of 110m2 with two bedrooms, a private garden, terrace and spacious veranda. It also has a large living room and a beautiful dining room/kitchen. The place is tastefully decorated. The view is panoramic on the lake and the mountains. The entrance to the A9 motorway is 3 minutes away. Many walks in the Lavaux vineyards are possible directly from the house. 5 minutes away from the beach of Rivaz (Lake Geneva) and 30 minutes from the mountains!
