Truly Amazing Geneva lake and Alps Mountain view

With the train station less than 50metres away from our home, St. Cergue is a fabulous location for walking, cycling, skiing or simply relaxing whilst surrounded by breathtaking views and fresh scented mountain/forest air. With Nyon 12mins and Geneva 30mins away by car, the location is superb. The flat is new and commands a position on the top floor thus guaranteeing the breathtaking views over lake Geneva and Mont Blanc. Entire simple non-smoking F2 in rustic house in Féternes in Haute-Savoie. Random TV and internet, very bad connection. Kitchen/living room 12 m2. Hallway bunk bed. Bedroom 15 m2, bed 140. Narrow shower, not suitable for large people, toilet, sink, washing machine. Private terrace. Pets excluded. Free parking. By car: 6 minutes from the U hypermarket, ski slopes 20 minutes (Bernex) or 40 minutes from the "Portes de Soleil", beaches 10 minutes, Geneva 1 hour and 1 hour 40 minutes from Chamonix.

Beautiful flat of 110m2 with two bedrooms, a private garden, terrace and spacious veranda. It also has a large living room and a beautiful dining room/kitchen. The place is tastefully decorated. The view is panoramic on the lake and the mountains. The entrance to the A9 motorway is 3 minutes away. Many walks in the Lavaux vineyards are possible directly from the house. 5 minutes away from the beach of Rivaz (Lake Geneva) and 30 minutes from the mountains!

Exceptional apartment with panoramic views of Lake Geneva and the surrounding mountains. Without a vis-à-vis, it will seduce you with the surrounding greenery and calm. The apartment is located in a residential area on the heights of Thonon-les-Bains overlooking the city center. It is ideal for summer and winter vacations with the nearby ski slopes as well as access to the lake. (2 mountain bikes, 1 canoe, 1 paddle available, TV with Netflix access)

Valued tourist lodge 4* in 2024 **** Glamorous atmosphere facing the mountain: master suite, sauna, 2 person bathtub, huge walk-in shower... On the garden level of a chalet 15 minutes from the Manigod ski area (ski connection La Clusaz), and 25 minutes from Annecy. The owner lives in the chalet above but the cottage is completely independent and without common areas Free parking 2 cars. Possibility of cleaning option to be paid on site: €30.

The 28 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of our chalet in a quiet and preserved location. It is 3 km from the center of Morzine and close to the Prodains Express. In winter, it is possible to leave the chalet on skis to reach the bus stop towards Morzine or Avoriaz via free shuttles (stop close to the chalet). You can ski back from Avoriaz. Hiking trails from the chalet are accessible. Ideal for 2–3 people.
