Belle villa de 100m2 plein pied (1 autre appartement à l'étage accès indépendant) avec un grand jardin de 1000m2 pour profiter des beaux jours. Nous sommes à 5min à pieds de la plage de Sevrier et de la voie verte pour faire une belle balade en vélo autour du lac. Nous mettons 2 vélos à votre disposition et possibilité d'en louer d'autres vélo à 500m de la maison.

Relax in this quiet and comfortable accommodation. 400 meters from the beach on foot, exceptional view of the Tournette. 2 pretty bedrooms upstairs with a nice bathroom, walk-in shower with a separate toilet. 2 pretty shaded terraces. The property is fully enclosed with secure gate and beautiful hedges that are always maintained. 2 parking spaces. This accommodation is adjoining that of the owner who will welcome you with all the kindness that characterizes him.

Family house 3*, feet in the water

Family house built in 1925 (great-grandfather) and renovated in 2019. It is located in a dead end, by the lake (private pontoon), near the port of Sevrier, the sailing club, the tennis club. The cycle path passes right behind the house. Municipal beach 5min walk, riding club 5-10min by bike. Swing in the garden. For those who come by electric vehicle, you have a Green-Up plug. Don't forget to bring your cable!

Great bourgeois house in a quiet area of the village of Sevrier, ideal for spending holidays with family or friends. Located 2 km from Annecy, with views of the mountains. You will appreciate its proximity to the lake with its beaches and its bike path that goes around the lake (bike rental). Large terrace for lunch, in the sunshine or under the pergola, with plancha, barbecue, and a garden for playing.
