The area offers great hiking opportunities, hunting, fishing and climbing. It is an end apartment on 1 floor and contains an entrance hall, 3 bedrooms, bathroom/laundry room, living room and kitchen with exit to the terrace. 3 bedrooms with double beds provide sleeping space for up to 6 people. Parking by the apartment. Tenant must bring bed linen and towels. Duvets and pillows are available. The tenant must clean up after themselves.

The cabin contains a living room, kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms, hallway, great outdoor areas. There is also a lean-to you can sit in outdoors. Boat and fishing license are included. Good fishing and swimming opportunities. It is close to Evje and Setesdal. Road all the way up to the cabin. There are duvets and pillows, but bring bed linen and towels (can be rented if desired).

Smart TV, fiber and fast wireless internet - a perfect place for a home office. Connected to water, sewage and electricity. The cabin is located by itself on the lowest level, towards the water. Great holiday place 12 months a year!

The cabin is located right by the water, two canoes are included and there is also a solid rowboat. The sauna located by the jetty can be booked if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

Newer cabin with great views and nice hiking opportunities

Viking age hut listed in 2017 in Øygarden hut area. It is a small cabin area with good distance between the cabins and you have great hiking opportunities just outside the door. The cabin has 3 bedrooms. There is room for 7, but it is best suited for couples or families with children. There is a personal touch to the cabin as it is often used by us as well, so there will be basic goods in kitchen cabinets and there may be goods in refrigerators with durability. Use whatever you need during your stay.

Svært spesielt og gjennomført tømmerhus i setesdalstil. Huset har strandlinje mot Otra og spektakulær utsikt mot Reiårsfossen som ligger like ved. Lag en god middag på det store kjøkkenet i huset eller se om ungene tør å bade i den litt kalde elva. Ta bilen opp eller nedover Setesdalen og besøk ulike action-attraksjoner eller opplev utsikten og stillheten oppe på heia. Om kvelden kan dere nyte fuglesang og sove i innebygde, rosemalte senger. The cabin is located in scenic surroundings with lots of mountains around. There is a road to the door, and the cabin is quietly located at the end of a dead end road. Great ski slopes start 200 m from the cabin, there are opportunities for top tours right from the cabin to Svånuten at 1349 m above sea level. Enjoy the view from the terrace while you fire up the campfire to keep warm in the winter cold.
