Very cosy cottage in an idyllic location. Here, you can enjoy views of the river and stunning scenery. It also has Ballbinge and the Setesdal Ski Lift nearby. The cabin is located just 10 minutes from R9, 20 minutes from Vennesla, 30 minutes from Kristiansand, and 45 minutes from Kristiansand Zoo. It’s 100 metres from Cycle Route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.

Brokke, on the sunny side.

In this place you can stay on the sunny side of Brokke. The location is central right next to Brokke alpine resort and ski slopes. The area offers great hiking opportunities, hunting, fishing and climbing. It is an end apartment on 1 floor and contains an entrance hall, 3 bedrooms, bathroom/laundry room, living room and kitchen with exit to the terrace. 3 bedrooms with double beds provide sleeping space for up to 6 people. Parking by the apartment. Tenant must bring bed linen and towels. Duvets and pillows are available. The tenant must clean up after themselves.

The cabin contains a living room, kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms, hallway, great outdoor areas. There is also a lean-to you can sit in outdoors. Boat and fishing license are included. Good fishing and swimming opportunities. It is close to Evje and Setesdal. Road all the way up to the cabin. There are duvets and pillows, but bring bed linen and towels (can be rented if desired).

Flott, nyere hytte sentralt på Brokke til leie. Ikke så stor, men godt utnyttet. Takhøyden i stua gjør at hytta føles romslig. Tur stier og skiløyper i umiddelbar nærhet. Ski-in til alpin bakken(man renner ned til alpin senteret via skiløypa over elva) . Hytta ligger nær lysløype, rulleskiløype og nær Brokkestøylen. Plass til 8-9 personer. Fint for en- to familier. To soverom med familiekøye i hvert rom. En hems med 3 madrasser. Hund tillat etter avtale.

There is a short distance to Mineralparken, go-kart track and only 20 min to Evje city center. There is a beach nearby with a floating jetty and diving board. Boat for free use. The cabin is located in scenic surroundings with lots of mountains around. There is a road to the door, and the cabin is quietly located at the end of a dead end road. Great ski slopes start 200 m from the cabin, there are opportunities for top tours right from the cabin to Svånuten at 1349 m above sea level. Enjoy the view from the terrace while you fire up the campfire to keep warm in the winter cold.
