A fantastic high mountain hike ending in the Lysefjord in Rogaland. 10 min by car to nearest shop and Silver Garden hotel and restaurant.

The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and by the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. SUP and canoe are free.

Another house has two apartments rented out on AIRBNB.("Rofshus" and "Rofshus 2") In the summertime, there is access to a table, chairs and barbecue outdoors. Rauland has 140 km of uphill ski slopes, 5 min by car. 10 min to the ski center. 5 min by car to Rauland city center with shops and electric car charger. Great hiking terrain summer/fall.

Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. Lots of small fish in the river. No fishing license required.

Large living-kitchen area with wood-burning stove and panoramic view to Brokke Alpine Centre. Sacred patio with bench, table and fireplace. Towels and linens must be brought and the cabin is expected to be left tidy and cleaned. Key box code is available prior to arrival.
