Appartement tout neuf, au rez de chaussée d'une maison où nous habitons avec nos 2 enfants. Situé au centre de Servoz, petit village très traditionnel situé à 15mn de Chamonix, à 15mn de Saint Gervais et à 20 mn de Plaine Joux. Terrasse et jardin afin de profiter de la belle vue sur le massif Mont Blanc et sur les Fiz. Appartement entouré par des champs l'été, qui deviennent des pistes de ski de fond en hiver. Appartement moderne. Idéal pour 2 adultes + enfants mais pas adapté pour 4 adultes.
