In this 40 m² attic apartment with a converted gable and unobstructed views, you will immediately feel at home. It has everything you need for a longer stay or for temporary living. It has a bathroom with shower and a brand new fully equipped, open kitchen with fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, stove and dishes.

Modern penthouse, private entrance, self contained, at the outskirts of Wipfeld. Big garden, hilltop, with great view on the water, Mainwiesen and orchards. A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.

The entire residential complex was only completed in April 2020 and has a small playground in the courtyard. The bright and friendly apartment is very cozily furnished, so you can feel right at home. Many shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, the city center is a 5-minute walk.
