Ein PKW Stellplatz mit Carport ist direkt vor der Tür. Auf der sonnigen Terrasse ist viel Platz, ein Tisch und vier Stühle sind dort ebenfalls vorhanden. Bis in die Stadt lauft ihr ca. 10 Minuten. Münster ist ca. 15 km entfernt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle Richtung Münster direkt vor der Haustür.

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

You can take a tour here by canoe, enjoy the tranquility on the water and switch off at Netflix & Disney+.

Die Wohnung liegt auf der Rückseite des Hauses mit einer gemütliche Terrasse mit Blick auf Wiese und Felder. Die Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen und Grillen ein.
