The small apartment is located in the building of the former ship museum, directly on the Dortmund Ems Canal on the edge of the Senden industrial park. The room is ideal for one person, but the space is also enough for two! The apartment is completely separated from the apartment of the main house. Private entrance and private parking right in front of the apartment. Once a week an Irish folk band rehearses in the building. You hardly notice it in the apartment and it's over at 10 pm.

You only hear nature here. Nevertheless, it is not far to the city center of Lüdinghausen at 1 km. Bäcker, Lidl and McDonald's are 400 meters away. Bicycles for a short trip to the city can be borrowed from us free of charge. Exciting excursion destinations are just a stone's throw away.

Located in the middle of nature, it is still just 12 minutes by train to Münster or 40 minutes to Dortmund. Animals are welcome. Dogs should not sleep in bed or on the sofa. My apartment is furnished with love (to detail) and the perfect feel-good place where you can feel right at home. It is suitable for solo travelers, couples and families with children. Dogs are also welcome. However, we ask that you do not leave them alone in the apartment for too long. The cost for one dog is €5 per night. The money can be left in cash on site.
